RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Board of MMC Contrarian Limited (MMA) wishes to announce the resignation of Peter Constable as a Director effective immediately.

Peter has decided to resign from the Board of MMA to focus on his new business initiative, Ryder Capital. The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Peter for his positive contribution to MMA both as a Non-Executive Director of MMA and in his previous role as an executive of MMC Asset Management Limited.
