COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT – CEO RESIGNATION
Date: 22nd January, 2008
Andrew Fairweather has informed the board of his intention to leave the company.
Andrew has agreed to work through his notice period of six months. During this period the board and I will be working with Andrew to secure an appropriate replacement who will be responsible for continuing with the company‘s expansion in the wealth management industry.
On behalf of the board I would like to thank Andrew for his contribution to the company over the past three and half years.
