On July 13, 2009, ClearOne Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Narsi Narayanan as the principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.

On July 14, 2009, the Company issued a press release titled ClearOne names Narsi Narayanan as Vice President of Finance . The full text of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
