Grant of Options and Director / PDMR Shareholdings
CleanTech Lithium (AIM: CTL), an exploration and development company, advancing the next generation of sustainable lithium projects in Chile, announces that a total of 2,949,000 share options as detailed in the Interim Results RNS (Number: 5131Z) published at 7am on 15 September 2022, have now been granted to executive directors, management and staff members in Jersey, the UK and Chile under the Share Option Plan.
Following these grants, there are currently 6,949,000 share options outstanding representing 8.79% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
The information contained in Appendix 1 below is disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
