CleanTech Lithium (AIM: CTL), an exploration and development company advancing lithium projects in Chile for the clean energy transition, in conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), announces:
As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 99,446,901 ordinary shares of £0.02 each (the "Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Accordingly, the above figure of 99,446,901 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
