F1: This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 13, 2015 (the "Original Form 3") is being filed to correct the number of shares of Common Stock beneficially held by the reporting person. The Original Form 3 understated the number of shares of Common Stock held by the reporting person as it did not properly reflect the following issuances: (1) prior to becoming a Director of the Issuer, on June 13, 2014, the reporting person invested $20,000 in the Issuer and acquired 60,000 shares of common stock. The shares were issued on October 6, 2014; and (2) on January 6, 2015, the reporting person invested $20,000 in the Issuer and acquired 60,000 shares of common stock. The shares were issued on February 27, 2015.
