CleanGo Innovations Inc. (formerly Softlab9 Technologies Inc.) (the " Company )

Clean Go Green Go Inc. (“ CGGG ”)

Item 2 Description of the Transaction

Pursuant to a court approved plan of arrangement (the " Arrangement "), effective August 27, 2021, Softlab9 Technologies Inc. (“ Softlab9 ”) acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Clean Go Green Go Inc.

Shareholders of CGGG received 0.75 of a common share of Softlab9 for each common share of CGGG. As part of the completion of the transaction, Softlab9 has changed its name to CleanGo Innovations Inc.
