Clean Seas Seafood Limited ACN 094 380 435 (Company) has today issued 10,462,960 ordinary shares following completion of Tranche 2 of the Placement announced on 24 November 2023. Some of these shares were issued to Primary Insiders of the Company. Notification of shares issued to Primary Insiders will follow in a separate message.
