Engelsk: Euronext Growth – Updated decision on admission to trading – Clean Seas Seafood Limited

Oslo Børs has decided to admit the company’s shares to trading.

The company has been granted an exemption from Rule Book Part I for Euronext Growth Oslo section 3.2.1 (ii) based on i.a. (i) that the company’s shares are already listed on the Australian Securities Exchange where 14,930,000 shares are issued in connection with the admission to trading on Euronext Growth to a value of approximately EUR 5.4 million, (ii) approximately EUR 2.2 mill of the amount raised relates to shares that will be registered in VPS prior to the first day of trading.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading must satisfy the other admission requirements on Euronext Growth.

The first trading date on Euronext Growth is expected to take place on 20 May 2021.
