Results of 2023 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and in accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Directors of Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS), ("Clean Seas Seafood" or "the Company") advise the following results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

All resolutions were carried by way of a poll. Details of the resolutions and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the attached proxy summary.
