[Adelaide], 21 June 2021: Clean Seas Seafood Limited made this announcement to ASX on 21 June 2021:

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and in accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Directors of Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS) (“Clean Seas Seafood” or “the Company”) advise the following results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today.

All resolutions were carried by way of a poll. Details of the resolutions and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the attached proxy summary.
