("CPH2", the "Company" or the "Group")
2023 Save As You Earn Scheme
CPH2, the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company that has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser ("MFE"), announces that on 30 May 2023 all employees of the Company were invited to participate in its HMRC compliant 'Save As You Earn' scheme (the "Scheme").
A total of 18 employees of the Company, including three of the Company's 'persons discharging managerial responsibility' ("PDMRs"), applied to participate in the Scheme, resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 489,264 new Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Options") on 21 June 2023.
The Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Scheme, of 22 pence per Option (representing a 20% discount to the closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 26 May 2023, being the previous business day prior to the invitation to participate in the Scheme being made). Subject to the rules of the Scheme participants will be able to exercise their Options within six-months commencing on 1 August 2026.
Pursuant to the Scheme, the following PDMRs applied to participate in the Scheme and have been granted Options in the amounts shown below.

Overview of CPH2
CPH2 is the holding company of Clean Power Hydrogen Group Limited ("Clean Power") which has almost a decade of dedicated research and product development experience.
