(the "Company") from Barrett Evans, the former CEO and chairman of the Company in a private transaction for $5,000, or $0.0048 per share. In addition, on June 26, 2011, Mr. Bennett was granted 1,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock as additional compensation for his employment with the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010.
