EXTENSION OF COMPLETION DATE

Redivium Limited (ASX:RIL) ( Redivium or the Company ) refers to the sale of tenement interests in the Forrestania Project to Classic Minerals Limited (ASX:CLZ)( Classic ) as detailed in the Company’s ASX announcement dated 3 October 2023 and extension announcement dated 5 February 2024.

Classic is holding a general meeting on 24 May 2024 to seek shareholder for the issue of shares in Classic to Reed Exploration Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) under the tenement sale agreement. Both parties have agreed to extend the deadline date for satisfaction of the conditions precedent to 24 May 2024 (or such other date as agreed), to provide additional time for the satisfaction of the conditions precedent and completion of closure formalities.

Both parties remain committed to completion of the transaction.
