EXTENSION OF INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASSIC MINERALS SHARE PURCHASE PLAN
The Directors of Classic Minerals Limited (“ Classic ”, or the “ Company ”), refer to the Company’s share purchase plan announced on 24 July 2023 (“ SPP ”).
It has been decided, in view of the delay in shareholders receiving their application documents, to extend the closing date, to enable all shareholders to fully participate in the offer.
The new timetable is given below:
