CLASSIC MINERALS SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - CLOSURE

The Directors of Classic Minerals Limited (“ Classic ”, or the “ Company ”), are pleased to announce that the Company’s share purchase plan (“ SPP ”) announced on 2[nd] August 2021 is now closed.

The SPP has raised approximately $ 2,395,000.00 out a maximum permitted amount of $ 8,400,000.00.

The new timetable is given below:

Allotment date	08 September 2021
Commencement of trading ofnew Shares on ASX	09 September 2021
