CLASSIC MINERALS SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - CLOSURE

The Directors of Classic Minerals Limited (“ Classic ”, or the “ Company ”), are pleased to announce that the Company’s share purchase plan (“ SPP ”) announced on 15[th] July 2020 is now closed.

The SPP has raised $ 3,992,938.00 out a maximum permitted amount of $ 4,000,000.00.

The new timetable is given below:

Allotment date	10 August 2020
Commencement of trading ofnew Shares on ASX	12 August 2020
