Notice to market on expiry of Performance Rights

Classic Minerals Limited (ASX: CLZ) (“Company” or “Classic”) advises that the three classes of Performance Rights, as per table below have expired, as of 31 December 2020, as the relevant performance hurdles have not been satisfied in order for the Performance Rights to vest on 31 December 2020 and convert into ordinary shares.
