Change of Auditor
Classic Minerals Limited (ASX: CLZ) advises that Elderton Audit Pty Ltd (ACN 609 542 458) (Elderton) have been appointed as the Company’s Auditors with effect from 10[th] March 2022. This appointment follows the resignation of Hall Chadwick WA Audit Pty Ltd and ASIC’s consent to the same.
In accordance with section 327C(2) of the Corporations Act, Elderton will hold office until the Company’s next Annual General Meeting at which time the shareholders will be requested to formally approve the appointment of the new auditor.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Hall Chadwick WA Pty Ltd for their assistance and service to the Company.
This announcement has been approved by the Board.
