ASX Announcement

Classic Minerals Limited (ASX:CLZ) ( Company ) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 9.9 of the Company’s constitution, the next annual general meeting of the Company ( AGM ) is scheduled to be held at 11.00 am (WST) on Wednesday, 29 November 2023. In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 18 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 18 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate notice of meeting, which will be provided to shareholders towards the end of October 2023 and will also be available on ASX’s Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.classicminerals.com.au .
