This has reference to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (as amended from time to time) with respect to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by Large Corporate (LC). In this regard, we wish to inform you that CLASSIC ELECTRICALS LIMITED is not covered under Large Corporate as per criteria mentioned in the aforesaid SEBI circular as on 31[st] March, 2025.

Therefore, the requirement of filing the annual disclosure in Annexures B1 and B2 to the aforesaid Circular for the Financial Year ended 31[st] March, 2025, does not arise.
