GIST OF PROCEEDINGS OF THE 36[th] ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CLASSIC ELECTRICALS LIMITED
A. Date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting (Meeting):
The 36[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Meeting commenced at 10.00 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 10.10 a.m. (IST).
B. Proceedings in brief:
Mr Rajesh Hirji Shah Chairman chaired the Meeting:
The requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the Meeting to order.
The Chairman informed that the Meeting was held through VC / OAVM in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company had also provided live webcast of the proceedings of Meeting.
The Chairman addressed the members. The copy of the same is attached and is also available on the website of the Company.
The Chairman informed that remote e-voting commenced at Monday, September 27, 2021 (9:00 a.m. IST) and ends on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (5:00 p.m. IST).
The following items of business as set out in the Notice convening the 36[th] Annual General Meeting were commenced for members consideration and approval.

- Consideration and adoption of the audited financial statement of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 and the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
