The Company announces that on 27 April 2018 Peter Backhouse, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 2,459.8975 pence per share.

Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Backhouse has an interest over 10,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued capital.
