Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Restricted Share Awards granted to Directors on 1 May 2011 in fulfilment of the share element of the 2010 bonus, as disclosed in the annual report, vested on 30 April 2015.  Consequently 34,971 shares were transferred to Mr A Case and 7,461 shares were transferred to Mr J Woyda.

In order to meet their tax liability which was incurred on the day of vesting, Mr Case sold 16,478 shares and Mr Woyda sold 3,516 shares at a price of £22.54 per share. Mr Case retained 18,493 shares and Mr Woyda retained 3,945 shares.

Following the above transactions, the Directors' interest in the Company's share capital is as follows:-
