Prior to entering its close period on 30 June 2013, Clarkson PLC confirms that since its Interim Management Statement announced on 10 May 2013, trading has continued in line with the Board's expectations.

Clarkson PLC will announce interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2013 on 19 August 2013.
