This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11(2) and section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006.

Following the announcement on 7 October 2020, the Company confirms that Marie-Louise Clayton has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 January 2021.  She will receive her normal director fee up to the date of termination.  No payment for loss of office has or will be made to Marie-Louise Clayton.
