BOARD APPOINTMENT

The Board of Clarkson PLC, the world's leading shipping services group, is pleased to announce that Jeff Woyda has been appointed Chief Operating Officer in addition to his current role as Chief Financial Officer.

Commenting on the appointment, Andi Case, said:
