Date of 2021 Annual General Meeting
Clarity Pharmaceuticals (ASX: CU6) (“Clarity” or the “Company”), an Australian-based clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company developing next-generation products to address the growing need for radiopharmaceuticals in oncology, advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 25 November 2021.
In accordance with Clarity’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 7 October 2021.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.
