PROFIT WARNING

Claridge Public Limited announces that its consolidated financial results for the year 2018 will continue to be loss making but improved compared to the previous year.

The improvement in the results is mainly due to the following:

$(a)$ the reduction of the loss of the associate company Leisure Holding SA
$(b)$ the reduction of the interest on late payment of taxes
the impairment of stock which was recognised in 2017 $(c)$
