PROFIT WARNING

Claridge Public Limited announces that its consolidated financial results for the year 2017 will continue to be loss making but improved compared to the previous year.

The improvement in the results is mainly due to the following losses, which were recognised in 2016:

$(a)$ the impairment charge of $\epsilon$ 1.385.133 of the investment in the associate Leisure Holding SA
$(b)$ the impairment of stock of €553.587
