ANNOUNCEMENT
PROFIT WARNING
Claridge Public Limited announces that, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and in order to fully inform the Company shareholders and the investors, its consolidated financial results for the year 2015 will continue to be loss making but improved compared to prior year.
The improvement in the results is mainly due to the improved results of the associate and subsidiary and to the fact that the results of the year 2014 were negatively affected by the adjustment in the fair value of the property, plant and equipment of the hotel.
