ANNOUNCEMENT

Claridge Public Limited announces that its group financial results for 2012 shall show increased losses compared to 2011 results, mainly due to the results of its wholly subsidiary company Amathus Vacation Ownership Ltd, which is engaged in the development and sale of residential units. The growth of the losses for Amathus Vacation Ownership Ltd is attributable to the fact that there were sales of residential units below cost in an effort to improve its cash flow.
