Clara Technologies Announces the Appointment of Gerald Tritt as a Director of the Company

VANCOUVER, BC – January 29, 2025 – Clara Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE: CLTE) announces that Gerald Tritt has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr. Tritt is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in capital markets and early-stage investing. He has served on the boards of nonprofit and public companies. Mr. Tritt Currently serves on the board of Supreme Critical Metals (crit.cn), offering governance expertise and strategic insights. A hospitality industry veteran, he is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of restaurant concepts like Vera’s Burger Shack, where he also served as CEO. He has consulted for international biotech firms on logistics and strategy and is currently the President and CEO of Jolt Health (jolt.cn), a publicly traded health, wellness, and biotech company. An investor in diverse start-ups, Mr. Tritt brings capital markets expertise, corporate governance skills, and a strong private equity background.
