Supplementary Target Statement

Attached is the Supplementary Target Statement received from Taronga Mines Limited (Taronga) in conjunction with the offer made by AusNiCo to acquire all the issued shares of Taronga.

Under the offer Taronga shareholders to be offered 5 AusNiCo shares for every 1 Taronga share, as outlined in the Company’s previous release of 1 November 2012.
