Capital Raising
Aus Tin Mining Limited (ASX:ANW) is pleased to announce the completion of a small capital raising to sophisticated investors to raise a total of $354,616 to assist with the completion of the Taronga Tin Project Pre‐Feasibility Study (PFS).
All of the Directors of the Company elected to convert some or all of their accrued Director’s Fees to shares as part of the raising under the Director’s Fee Plan approved by shareholders at the Company’s 2013 AGM. Updated Director’s interest statements will be issued shortly.
The Company continues to work towards the finalisation and publication of the PFS for its flagship Taronga Tin Project in the coming weeks.
