Expiry of Unlisted Options
AusNiCo Limited advises of the expiry of 23,100,000 unlisted 20 cent options today, including 2,500,000 issued to Managing Director Mr John Downie ahead of the Company’s IPO in 2010. An Appendix 3Y for Mr Downie will follow.
Following the expiry of the abovementioned options, AusNiCo has 144,994,142 shares and 22,000,000 options (30 cents @ 19 November 2103) on issue.
