Appointment of CFO / Company Secretary
Aus Tin Mining Limited, ( Company, Aus Tin, ASX: ANW ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Haley as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Mr Haley will take over the role from Mr Karl Schlobohm in January 2022 after a period of transition.
Mr Haley has 40 years of extensive Board, company secretarial and corporate finance experience, predominantly within the mining and resources industry. His experience will contribute positively to Aus Tin’s financial and strategic capability.
The Board and Executive Management of Aus Tin wish to sincerely thank Mr Karl Schlobohm for his dedicated and exceptional work as Chief Financial Officer and / or Company Secretary over the past 12 years.
