Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of AusNiCo Limited (ASX:ANW) notes the resignation of Mr John Downie as a Non‐Executive Director of the Company. Mr Downie has resigned due to external executive duties limiting his availability for the continuance of his role on the AusNiCo Board.

AusNiCo Chairman, Mr Brian Moller said “I would like to thank Mr Downie for his dedication and service to the Company over the past two and a half years, staring with the Company on its ASX debut and culminating in the recent successful scrip‐based take‐over of Taronga Mines Limited. John’s input during the due diligence and commercial negotiation phases of this transaction were invaluable. On behalf of the whole AusNiCo Board, I would sincerely like to wish Mr Downie the best for his current and future endeavors.”
