Clara Resources Australia Limited ( Company, Clara, ASX: C7A ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that the Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting is currently scheduled to be convened on Monday, 27 November 2023.

On the basis of the above meeting date, and pursuant to its Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday, 23 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s Registered Office by 5:00 pm AEST.

The materials for the AGM will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
