Dear Board Members,
After serving on the board of CL Educate for more than a decade, I have decided to resign from my position as an independent director. I wish to confirm that apart from my personal reasons, there is no other material reason for my resignation from the directorship of the company.
It has been an amazing journey to have the ring side view of the growth of CL educate as a business and as a team. I learnt so much and really enjoyed my time.
