Resignation of Executive General Manager

Civmec Limited (“ Civmec ” or the “ Group ”) announces that the Executive General Manager – Maintenance and Capital Works, Resources and Energy, Daniel Kennedy has resigned from the Group to pursue other interests.

Mr Kennedy has been with the Group since February 2021 and an executive since August 2021. The Board wishes to thank Daniel for his contribution to the growth of the maintenance services offering from the Group in this time.
