INTERIM COMMUNICATION DURING THE STABILISATION PERIOD pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016

Pedaso (FM), February 25th 2022 - Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. ("Civitanavi" the "Company"), on the basis of what has been communicated by Intermonte SIM S.p.A. as the entity in charge of carrying out stabilization activities in relation to the Offer of Civitanavi ordinary shares, announces that during the period from 17.02.2022 to 24.02.2022, Intermonte SIM S.p.A. carried out the following stabilization operations in relation to the above-mentioned financial instruments:
