CIVITANAVI SYSTEMS S.P.A.: NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 126-BIS, PARAGRAPH 1, THIRD SENTENCE, TUF AND UPDATED PROXY FORMS
Pedaso (FM), 9 April 2024 – Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. (EURONEXT MILAN, CNS), ("Civitanavi" the "Company") announces that, with reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened in a single call on April 24, 2024, the shareholder Civitanavi Systems Ltd, holder of 20,365,047 ordinary shares, equal to 66.206% of the share capital, submitted proposals for resolutions pursuant to Article 126-bis, paragraph 1, third sentence, of Legislative Decree 58/1998, in relation to items 5 and 6 on the Agenda. In compliance with current regulations, on today, April 9, 2024, the aforementioned proposals, accompanied by the documentation required under applicable regulations, are made available at the registered office, on the Company's website (www.civitanavi.com, Section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting / Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting 2024"), as well as in the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().
In the same manner, the updated version of the proxy forms and voting instructions for the Designated Representative is also made available.
