CIVITANAVI SYSTEMS S.P.A.: SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING: FILING OF DOCUMENTS
Pedaso (FM), March 15th 2024 - Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. (EURONEXT - CNS) (the "Company" or "CNS"), hereby announces, with reference to the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting of the Company convened on a single call on April 24, 2024, that the following documents are available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website (https://www.civitanavi.com/it/governance/assemblea-degli-azionisti/), and on the authorised eMarket Storage facility ():
