City Service - Notification on material event

The decisions were adopted regarding admission and introduction of shares of the Company to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the first date of listing; the shares were registered with the Polish National Depository for Securities

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-11-13 14:26 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Service SE (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (hereinafter, the “WSE”) resolved on 12 and 13 November 2015 to admit to exchange trading on the parallel market 31,610,000 ordinary shares of City Service SE with a par value of EUR 0.30, introduce them into trading and establish that the first date of listing of the Company's shares on the WSE will be on 16 November 2015. The Company further informs that on 12 November 2015 all the shares of the Company were registered with the Polish National Depository for Securities.
