Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-03-30 17:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Following the
decision of the Board of City Service AB (hereinafter - Company), adopted on 29
December 2011, that the Company activity shall be holding enterprise - public
company which controls facility management, maintenance, waste management
companies in Lithuania and in other countries, subsidiaries which are
registered in Lithuania and manage residential facility in Lithuania and
perform other activities related with the residential facility management were
transferred to direct control of subsidiary City Service LT UAB (code
300883806).

By transferring the above mentioned companies to direct control of City Service
LT UAB, the Company has finished implementation of the Board decision, adopted
on 29 December 2011. Accordingly, on 30 March 2012, in exchange for the
transferred companies shares the Company obtained all new emission shares and
controls 100 percent of City Service LT UAB shares.

All transactions while implementing the Board decision, adopted on 29 December
2011, were fulfilled inside of the group, therefore there is no impact for the
Company value.
