City Service completed new share issue

City Service AB, owner of the largest municipal and facility management company
group in the Baltic States, has successfully completed a new share issue.

Volume of the new share issue - 12,500,000 ordinary registered shares with the
nominal value of LTL 1 (one Litas) each. The set price of issue - LTL 5.06 per
share. Shareholders who on 19 October 2009 owned the shares of the Company,
took part in the new shares issue.

The minority shareholders have acquired 3,183,069 shares or 25.5 % of shares of
the new emission for a total LTL 16,106,329.14. The main shareholder of the
Company Rubicon Group UAB acquired 9,316,931 shares or 74.5 % of the new
emission.

After the new share issue and registration of the Articles of Association of
the Company, the authorized capital of the Company shall be LTL 31,610,000.

The City Service group currently comprises 33 municipal and facility management
companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, and Ukraine.
