To represent the principal as a Shareholder of City Service SE (company code 12827710, registered office at Narva mnt. 5, Tallinn, Harju county, 10117, Estonia) at the annual general meeting of shareholders of City Service SE and vote at his/her own discretion on any and all issues put forward on the agenda for consideration at the Company's general meeting of shareholders, as well as sign, obtain and present any and all documents in relation to the above commission, make any statements on behalf of the Principal and carry out any other actions in relation to this commission or for the interest of the Principal refrain from such actions.

This power of attorney is valid only at the annual general meeting of shareholders of City Service SE held on 21 June 2023.

• The principal shall enjoy the right to divest, at any time, of the power of attorney whereas an authorised agent to waive it.
• Power of attorney expires: 1) upon the expiry of the term of the power of attorney; 2) upon the divestment of the power of attorney by a principal; 3) upon the waiver of power of attorney by an authorised agent; 4) upon termination of a legal person, which was vested with power of attorney; 5) upon the death, recognition of legal incapacity, partial capacity or absence of a natural person who was vested with the power of attorney.
• The principal shall have to notify an authorised agent and the third persons known to the principal and for the establishment and maintenance of relations with whom the power of attorney has been granted, about the divestment of power of attorney.
• The agent must present a report to a principal about his activities and give an account of everything he received in his mission to the principal.
• Power of attorney shall grant to the principal same rights just as they are exercised by a shareholder represented by this power of attorney.
• Power of attorney shall be valid only for such number of shares as is specified in such power of attorney.
