Service group has acquired 34% shares of UAB Marijampolės butų ūkis. UAB
Marijampolės butų ūkis manages 230.000 sq. m. of apartment buildings in
Marijampolė town and district (Lithuania).

The shares were acquired after a privatization tender was won and an agreement
was signed with the seller, Marijampolė Municipality. The shares were acquired
for LTL 563,000. Remaining part of UAB Marijampolės butų ūkis shares is owned
