On acquisition of UAB Radviliškio komunalinės paslaugos shares
On 23 July, 2010 AB City Service through its subsidiary has acquired 100 %
share stock of UAB Radviliškio komunalinės paslaugos. The value of agreement is
LTL 1.635 million. UAB Radviliškio komunalinės paslaugos manages 220 thousand
square meters of residential facilities in the town of Radviliškis and its
district (Lithuania).
In May, AB City Service's subsidiary has won privatization tender of UAB
Radviliškio komunalinės paslaugos.
City Service Group operates in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group
manages more than 18 million square meters of facilities.
